Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

Replacements

We only offer replacements if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The bottle or packaging is damaged in transit.

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide a clear photo or video of the damaged item and the packaging.
